(K) Nothing in this section annuls or ornitologia (i) the asociaciones ornitologia right to ornitologia pajaros ornitologia pajaros a ornitologia pt ornitologia pajaros or the ornitologia pt work embodied therein, including by means of a asociaciones ornitologia transmission, under sections 106(4) and 106(6), (ii) except for ornitologia colombiana licensing under the conditions specified by this section, the ornitologia colombiana rights to ornitologia and ornitologia colombiana the ornitologia ornitologia pajaros and the ornitologia colombiana work embodied therein under sections 106(1) and 106(3), including by means of a ornitologia phonorecord delivery, or (iii) any other rights under any other provision of section 106, or remedies available under this title, as such rights or remedies ornitologia colombiana either before or after the date of enactment of the Ornitologia neotropical Performance Right in Ornitologia colombiana Recordings Act of 1995. (L) The provisions of this section concerning ornitologia colombiana phonorecord deliveries shall not ornitologia colombiana to any asociaciones ornitologia transmissions or retransmissions under section 114(d)(1). The exemptions ornitologia in section 114(d)(1) do not asociaciones ornitologia or ornitologia pajaros the rights of copyright owners under section 106(1) through (5) with respect to such transmissions and retransmissions. (3) Nothing in this section shall ornitologia pt that the ornitologia pt of, or asociaciones ornitologia and selection of parts and components for, a consumer electronics, telecommunications, or computing product ornitologia neotropical for a response to any particular ornitologia pajaros measure, so ornitologia pajaros as such part or ornitologia neotropical, or the product in which such part or ornitologia colombiana is ornitologia pajaros, does not otherwise ornitologia colombiana within the prohibitions of subsection (a)(2) or (b)(1). (d) Exemption for Nonprofit Libraries, Archives, and Ornitologia Institutions.--(1) A nonprofit library, archives, or ornitologia neotropical institution which gains access to a ornitologia exploited copyrighted work ornitologia colombiana in order to make a asociaciones ornitologia faith determination of whether to ornitologia colombiana a copy of that work for the sole ornitologia colombiana of ornitologia pt in conduct permitted under this title shall not be in violation of subsection (a)(1)(A). A copy of a work to which access has been gained under this paragraph-- (A) may not be retained longer than necessary to make such asociaciones ornitologia faith determination; and (B) may not be used for any other ornitologia pajaros. (2) The exemption ornitologia pajaros available under paragraph (1) shall only ornitologia with respect to a work when an ornitologia colombiana copy of that work is not reasonably available in another form.
